CDA primarily presents online learning. Digital course access is not a physical shipment.
Digital delivery
The final checkout should state how and when course access is provided, which account or platform is used, and what a learner should do if access does not arrive.
Physical items
If CDA later sells or includes physical materials, the product page must show availability, service areas, shipping charges, estimated dispatch and delivery ranges before purchase.
Delays and tracking
Carrier, tracking, delay, customs and damaged-item procedures must be added when physical delivery is offered. No rates or timelines are assumed here.
